As expected, this Jamie Oliver recipe lived up to its name: perfect, indeed. So good, I thought I should share the results!
I served it with the roasting vegetables (onions, celery, carrot and garlic), roasted new potatoes (add half way through) and courgette (add after you take the chicken out to rest). Simple, light and delicious.
